Product Description:
LA-303 Liquid & Powder Chemical Weighing & Dosing System is perfectly designed to provide accurate process of liquid and powder chemical dosing, dissolving and distributing. Operators need only unpack and pour out the powder chemical. Vacuum distribution refilling process with dust collector, stainless steel add tank with powder level sensor and transparent window for easy seeing the level and prevent the chemical de-bridge. Once dosing is completed, the powder chemical is transferred to the dissolving tank by quantitative feeding spiral shaft. Several powders dosing simultaneously can be achieved with required control on powder chemical and water volume. Once dissolving is completed, the solution is automatically transferred to the specified SP & PS system storage tanks
At the liquid chemical side, LA-303 is capable of dispensing up to 7 chemicals gravimetrically using three 100kg load cell scale in the correct order, then passing to mixing tank followed by direct distribution to the PS&SP system storage tanks.
