LA-302 Designed for the medium to large dye house, the LA-302 is a fully automated volumetric liquid chemical dispenser and distribution system. Based on two high accuracy mass flow meters, high speed distribution of up to 10 different chemicals can be dispensed to up to 16 dye machines. Elimination of human intervention provides greater accuracy, repeatability, cost reduction and safety for the addition of chemicals in the dyeing process. This self cleaning system, utilizing modular construction, enables a flexible approach to match the needs of individual dye houses.
Links with LA-SPC dye machine supervisory systems provide for total process control whilst the manual operation mode provides for total flexibility in operation.
